Lurlene McDaniel, I Want to Live. Thank you for reading books on BookFrom.
So much to live for. Dawn Rochelle’s leukemia is in remission again, and she’s feeling great. She’s working as a counselor at a camp for kids with cancer-the same camp she once attended with Sandy. Dawn knows the kids at the camp need her, and she feels good being able to help them. But the camp also brings back many painful memories. Dawn feels she has so much to live for now. Wouldn’t it be better to just forget about cancer and everything connected with it? Lurlene McDaniel, I Want to Live.
I think I enjoyed this book even more than the last.
Fourteen-year-old Dawn Rochelle has had a busy year . I think I enjoyed this book even more than the last. Lurlene McDaniel's did a beautiful job of writing the scenes between Dawn and Rob, especially towards the end. I really enjoyed reading more of Dawn's story and can't wait to start the next book to see it continue. I did feel like time moved extremely fast in this one, but I understand why.
