The book is well written and interesting. Information supplied is factual. It removes any doubt that our spirits live on, stay near us, and attempt to make contact with us. There is also no doubt that the spirit world is a much better place than Earth, and Collier makes it clear that when humans die they travel to the "other side" to be with loved ones again. It takes the fear of dying away, because our spirits never die, only the bodies we use while on Earth.

Most things that are difficult to find can be found on Amazon.com. Amazon does a great job of displaying products, and shipping is quick and easy. I highly recommend Amazon for price, quality, and service.

So much encouragement in this book because you can feel the grief of the author and her ways she found to cope. From personal experience, the death of your child is never easy and you immediately find ways to grow into the new normal. But it is very hard and I know that I was always looking for ways to communicate in some way with the departed. It might be by holding the items dear to them or smelling the shirt they wore. But this book shows that just because your loved one, particularly your child, is gone, that they will show you signs that they are still here and are aware of what you do and how you are feeling. I know this book made me feel a whole lot better because after you are without your child, you search and search for ways to know how they are doing. The author reveals that there are signs...you just have to know how to look for them.

I bought this book a few days ago. 3 years after the death of my 16 year old son, Nick in an automobile accident. his girlfriend was driving and she also died in the accident. it was a high speed accident. After the accident and the funeral I started reading anything I could get my hands on by any Medium I could find. I have never spoken to one and I have seen a few amazing signs from my son. However, this book really gave me so much comfort. It is 8 days until my son's 20th birthday and I was feeling very low when I ran across this book on Amazon...I bought it because the title was perfect for me as we had Nick cremated and I kept his ashes for 3 years before we finally buried him. This book is a MUST-READ for any parent who has lost a child. I can only wish I had these kinds of contacts that could help me to find out where my son is and if he is doing okay. You are a very blessed woman to have had this kind of comfort!

I totally identified with this book as my son Mike was murdered in his home in 2007 when his family was attacked by a gang of armed robbers. I too had messages from Mike and I too have written a book called Soul Connection - a mother's love into the afterlife, which is currently out of print and is going into a second publication very soon. It will also be available on Amazon again.

Anyone who is experiencing the heart wrenching grief from losing a child, will get huge comfort from reading Judy's book and know that although the body is no more, the spirit definitely lives on and they continue to be a part of your life.

Highly recommended. I have even quoted her book in mine! (not the text but I have recommended it)

Unfortunately, the blind faith offered to us by orthodox religion doesn't offer much comfort to those who have lost a loved one. Orthodoxy has our loved ones floating around in a humdrum heaven or gnashing their teeth in some horrific hell. Real faith - conviction - comes from direct contact with those alive in the spirit world, as was the experience of Judy Collier, the author.

Collier's son Kyle was killed, at age 26, in an auto accident in 1996. Collier found the grief unbearable until she started receiving veridical messages from Kyle through mediums Mary Jo McCabe and John Edward. "It was my first confirmation that there might be more to life than the physical world," Collier writes of an early contact through McCabe.

The skeptics claim that the messages coming through clairvoyants are trivial and mundane, but as Collier was to realize it is this type of message that is most evidential. Some of the information communicated was unknown to Collier and therefore telepathy or mindreading was ruled out.

"Knowing your loved one lives on, as I have been given proof of over and over again, makes Kyle's not being here with us more tolerable," Collier further states. She also came to learn that excessive grieving can hold a soul back from learning and advancing in the hereafter; hence, the title of this of this interesting, informative, intriguing, and inspirational book.

I've read many many of these kinds of books. Everyone grieves differently but I got a little tired of the repetitive nature of this book at the end. As someone else said - not all of us have the money to do what we would like to do to help us cope with our grief. Good for her that she can do that. It was just harder to relate to than some other people's grief journeys. I wish her well as I do anyone who has suffered the unbearable loss of a child. You do what you have to do. I am glad that she has continued contact with her child.

I think the mother that wrote this is a very sweet lady with a very sweet story. For me, personally, it drug on and jumped around in her story telling style so it was hard to follow. It’s a story of how a mother and her loved ones receive signs from her son. I lost my 15 year old son six months ago so it was comforting to read another mother’s stories of connecting with her child after he passed away, but I just felt it was very repetitive.

This was the first book I read after losing my son tragically at the age of 18. I could not put it down. Judy is a mother who lost her son, so she knows what we are going through and helps to show us that we can still hear from our children that have passed.
