Modern Bible software programs like Accordance and Logos have rendered such print resources obsolete, but if you don't use those programs this is still the go-to resource for concordance work on the Septuagint (the Greek translation of the Hebrew Bible plus Deuterocanonicals used by a great portion of the early church). The print is small to my eyes, but a larger typeface would have meant more printed volumes. It includes even the little words like the prepositions "en" and "eis," though only as strings of verse references and not excerpts of context as with the more meaningful words (but, again, this seems a necessary expedience given the space issues). It was of great use to me while I was researching my dissertation in the early 90's, before I became computer savvy. :)
