These (her three books) are just the BEST!! I love her everyday-life stories and musings that she turns around into a good quilt story. I so enjoyed this book, that I looked for more authored by her and bought everything she published! She has great humor and is interesting. It's easy to read just a little or a lot--in other words--it's easy to pick up and start reading or stop mid-stream. I actually read all three books aloud to my elderly mother who is the same age as the author (which made my mother recall her own interesting stories).

I highly recommend these books to anyone interested in quilting, whether a novice or a professional.
