You can probably tell by the title of this book that it's funny, despite the subject matter! The author takes you through a most vivid (and graphic!)account of her experience with breast cancer, and has you laughing and crying all they way. She could be another Irma Bombeck.

Seriously, Ms. Weaver is clearly a woman of faith who shares her story and how her faith sustained her in amazing, even miraculous ways. You will laugh in one instance at her outrageous honesty, only to be touched in the very next second by her deep trust in her God.

If you or someone close to you has breast cancer, this is an absolute must-read. both from a physical and a spiritual persective. She is real, open and honest. Get this book! You'll want her to be your friend!

I started reading this book the Sunday of Thanksgiving weekend at around 11:00 a.m. I did not move from the couch, including not even getting up to go to the restroom until I finished the book about two hours later. This is a powerful book written by someone who had double mastectomies and still had a life to live, a family to raise, and a husband to love without pulling any punches. Chris Weaver tells it like it is and I feel every woman could relate to her story because we all have been touched by someone who has had breast cancer. I bought twenty copies and have given them as Christmas presents to family members and friends. By the way, Chris is a cousin by marriage to me and most of what she went through was not known to me as she was so private in keeping things quiet because "she didn't want to bother us with all the messy details". Thank you, Chris, for seeing the light almost twenty years later and coming forth with your story. You'll never know how many people you will touch.

This book was given to me as a Christmas present by a dear friend. One night I began reading it and 2 and a half hours later, after crying, laughing, sighing, smiling and crying some more, I noticed I had finished the entire book. It feels like the author is in the same room with you sharing her story, as if you were having a conversation. What a powerful story it is! I think it's power comes from the fact that not only will it help those struggling with breast cancer, but everyone who reads it. She encourages us to be strong, not give up, listen to our body and above all TRUST! Thank you Chris for being so open and transparent. You surely have motivated me to take a more active role in my health and to stay connected to the vine!

You Don't Need Nipples To Get Into Heaven...I read this book from cover to cover after seeing it in my wife's car. It is amazing that Chris and her husband shared such a personal experience with others. As I guy, husband, I could not understand what a woman goes thru with cancer. After reading Chris's book, crying, laughing and joyously celebrating with them, I can now understand the importance of a couples love for their spouse and love for Jesus Christ. The book was very uplifting to me because I can help discuss the feelings with other guys that are experiencing similar illnesses of their wife.

Thank you Mr. and Mrs. Weaver. I NOW UNDERSTAND.
