I am a reader, writer, author, and pilgrim. Every book is a journey. Charlotte Parkhurst is raised in an orphanage for boys, which suits her just fine. But then she moves to the vast Wyoming wilderness where her mother's family awaits - kind, rugged people who have no tolerance for lies. She doesn’t like playing with dolls, she can hold her own in a fight, and she loves to work in the stables.
