This is as good a true crime book as any I've ever read. The author was the criminal defense attorney for the convicted murderer and wrote the book with both details and suspense.

Note: This paperback book says the book was published in hardcover as "A Matter of Judgment."

Most any reader of true crime stories will love this one. As another reviewer noted, the book is almost impossible to put down once you start it.

The story was written in a way that I couldn't put it down until I read the entire book. Being in law enforcement, I have never heard of a story like this until I read the book, and then the way it ended...it really made you think. I would recommend this book to anyone who likes to read about true crime.
